OUR VISION
Loki Environmental, LLC was established in 2012 to help clients achieve their goals.
We have a licensed Professional Geologist on staff and a network of Environmental
Professionals including geologists, engineers, safety personnel and industrial hygienists. We have created a full service environmental network able to tackle any environmental project, including but not limited to SPCC plans, Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, NEPA evaluations, Brownfields, SWPP Plans, and Wetland Determinations.
Our goal is to provide excellent service and timely responses to all of your environmental needs.
OUR PARTNERS
Loki has partnered with Blue Ox Enterprises, LLC to provide a full range of environmental services. Gregg Hamilton is the principal member of Blue Ox and has been providing environmental services for more than twelve years. He specializes in the support of the Oil & Gas operations in the Southern United States, including wetland permitting, HSE, and SPCCs.
Blue Ox has a Professional Engineer on staff to support the production of SPCC plans.
Loki has been a partner of Arcadis since 2013. Arcadis is an international consulting firm with a United States corporate office located in Denver, Colorado. Loki performs regional project management of remediation systems. Arcadis has conducted professional reviews of Loki reporting. Arcadis has committed several years of steady work. Loki cannot wait to expand this relationship.
Loki has expanded its capabilities with the addition of Precision Probe, LLC as a partner in late 2020. Precision Probe provides environmental and geotechnical drilling for Louisiana and Texas. They are working toward licensing in Arkansas and Mississippi. Additionally, Precision Probe can provide a wide range of other operation and maintenance capabilities.

PAST PROJECTS
Commercial Property Owner Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
Our maiden project was providing an environmental assessment for a parts company moving into a former General Motors support company location. Loki's experience and knowledge of the area resulted in accurate reporting in a timely manner that included historical drawings, images, and maps that provided the buyer with the knowledge needed to complete their purchase. Loki was asked to conduct a large scale environmental assessment on more than 250 wells and 50 tank batteries across several fields and three parishes for a medium size oil & gas operator in Central Louisiana.
Saltwater Transport and Disposal Organization Problem Solving
Loki was originally contacted by a national corporation to perform a site investigation in an area of potential contamination adjoining their property. Since that tie, Loki has conducted assessments for pipeline releases, drafted recycling facility permits, performed project management and conducted oversight of several contractors addressing regulatory concerns at several facilities and pipeline locations. Loki has attacked these challenges with a sense of ownership and personal responsibility. We measure our success by the success of our clients.
Spill Prevention, Countermeasure, and Control Plans (SPCCs)
Loki has conducted SPCC inspections and produced plans for commercial saltwater disposal facilities in south Texas and northeast Texas. Loki has produced dozens of SPCC plans for individual oil & gas operators in east Texas and across Louisiana.
Oil & Gas Operator Permitting
Loki has been a part of the expansion of a young oil & gas operator in Louisiana looking to restore an older field through organization and planning. Our excellent working relationship with the Office of Conservation has enabled the operator to focus on day to day activities. Our goal is to seamlessly work as a part of their team to reach their goals. Loki continues to be an integral part of the permitting process for several oil & gas operators throughout the state of Louisiana and Texas.
